Meredith and Sampson have a sweet southern love that most only dream of. They have a cute little friend who makes an appearance at the end, and he was actually part of their engagement! Meredith arrived home to find Sampson with a smirk on his face while saying he had a surprise for her in their barn. She was curious, but walked with him down there. Just past some of the stalls, there was a little baby donkey waiting for her! She had always wanted a donkey, and thought that was it — but it wasn't! When she finally turned around, Sampson was waiting there on his knee, and asked for her hand in marriage, and her whole family rejoiced!
