John and Katherine currently live in Washington D.C., but are planning for a May 2017 wedding in Midland, Michigan. They decided on an indoor session at the local public library in Midland since they both consider themselves "book nerds," as well as an outdoor engagement session in City Forest. Kat and John recently adopted a rottweiler puppy named Otto and thought it would be fun to include him in their shoot as well.
