Over the course of 17 years, Carlos and Jessica raised a family and forged a life together, on a beautiful day in Tampa with their children, family, and friends, they became husband and wife. The ceremony took place at Forest Hills Presbyterian Church, followed by a reception and an after party at the CL Lofts in Ybor City. The DJ kept the dance floor jumping as the open bar and food kept everyone full and happy.
