When Ricki started planning, she knew she wanted her wedding to be romantic, elegant and formal, but most of all, she wanted it to be a big, fun party. As far as venue, she instantly fell in love with the Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station in Haddam, Connecticut for its gorgeous high ceilings, huge windows and great view of the Connecticut River. It was a nice, neutral space so she was able to give it the look she wanted without anything clashing.
