Spectacular water views, gorgeous outdoor ceremony setting and the run of the whole club are the hallmarks of The Osprey's at Belmont Bay. Now The Osprey's has a new event sales coordinator dedicated to easy wedding planning and customizing your event.

With a hospitality background, a degree from George Mason in Tourism & Event Management, and solid experience at R&R Catering, Brittany Propst, is excited to be at her new job and recently offered me an extensive tour of her country club, Across the street from the venue is the waterfront ceremony site, featuring open views of Belmont Bay - simply breathtaking. Adjacent to the ceremony site is a gazebo for wedding photos.
After the ceremony, Brittany encourages her couples to hop in a golf cart for a ride around the course for more wedding photos. The time on the course, says Brittany, allows the couple to get away for a little bit before making a grand reception entrance.
While putting around the course, your guests can enjoy cocktails outdoors on a sunny patio or adjourn to the restaurant & lounge room in the club with its full bar, fireplace and back terrace overlooking the course. This room is also used for entertainment, dancing and cake cutting after the reception meal. And with use of the entire club, you can set up the foyer with place cards, guest book and photo montages.
Across from the restaurant & lounge is the ballroom which can accommodate a seated event for up to 160 guests. The room feature lots of light, a view of the water, neutral decor in soothing greens and opens onto the patio. This room also offers an ideal Plan B for ceremony setup in case of rain. Rounding out the facility is comfortable bridal suite.

Windows Catering Company provides the food and the club takes care of all beverage service. With the full use of the club, says Brittany, "We can customize to the bride's vision. Our staff is easy going and we'll do whatever it takes."
To help with wedding reception planning, Brittany offers this advice: "When looking for a venue, know your theme and overall thought of what you want - what kind of atmosphere do you want to create. This will help you narrow your search before you go out and look at venues."
